Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot

Our carefully selected blend Merlot 50% - Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, has a ruby red color with a little tone of ruby. Well balanced, combining the fruity and fresh aroma of Merlot grape and the strong structure of the Cabernet, to achieve a medium body wine in final. Perfect companion for chicken, duck, mild cheese.

Reserve

Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged for a minimum of 6 months in new oak barrels, this Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon presents a red dark color with purple highlights. Full-bodied, strong aromas of blackcurrant, very persistent but harmonious finish. A very well structured wine and to match elegantly roasted goose, duck, doves or pigeon.

Grand Reserve Syrah

This Syrah has been carefully aged for 12 months in american oak. Purple deep clean colour, strong aromas of fresh berries with notes of pepper. Round and harmonious with a toasty finish in the end of the mouth. Ideal being served with beef loin, rabbit stew and any strong cheese.

Carmenere

Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, our Grand Reserve Carmenere has a deep red colour with violet highlights. This emblematic grape  found almost exclusively in Chile has an intense nose of raspberry, chocolate, with a hint of smoke. Well balanced, full on palate with smooth mouth entry, it is recommended to be paired with soused chicken.

Family Reserve

Syrah-Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Family Reserve is the jewel of the crown of our estate, blended from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged for a minimum of 22 months in french oak barrels. Dark red color with purple highlights, powerful and rich aroma of berries, strawberries and spice. Very well balanced and full-bodied, rich and complex, with a very long finish in mouth and a smoky aftertaste. This wine will be the perfect companion of any banquet, anniversary dinner with rich and tasty meals.

Special Selection Carmenere

This Carmenere from Central Valley has a beautiful deep violet colour. Ripe fruit, spices and chocolate perfectly blend on the nose to produce a wonderful and characteristic aroma. Full body, ripe and persistent tannins, and a very elegant finish. Perfect with any roasted meat as pork ribs, lamb chops or beef steak.

Reserve Merlot

Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, our Reserve Merlot is of a bright deep red color. Rich nose of plums, strawberry and cocoa. Medium bodied, smooth tannins with velvety evolution and chocolate aromas in the finish. Great companion for stewed chicken.

Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Grand Reserve presents a dark red colour typical of Cabernet Sauvignon, strong flavour of cassis and blackberry in the nose, full-bodied yet very aromatic notes of mature cherries and tones of spices, and vanilla coming from the 12 months of oak barrels aging. Excellent and perfectly balanced structure, long and delicate aftertaste, this wine will be perfect with beef steak, roasted lamb shoulder or strong cheese.

Premium

Carmenre-Malbec

One of our most successful creations. Carefully aged during a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels, this blend from several grapes, with a great dominance of Carmenere shows a strong aromatic intensity. Balanced structure, round but powerful tannins, aromas of dark fruits and plums, notes of cocoa and toffee. A pure jewel that will be the perfect match for special occasions dinners with elegant and classic meals for gourmets.
